Since the big upgrade I have noticed a significant problem with healing, Lvl 64 cleric on Epith.
Randomly when I select the quick key for heal, the animation will fire but the actual healing of hit points fails to fire. Sometimes it will fail several times in a row.
I would request you trigger the actual HP heal before the animation so if something fails due to lag or whatever is causing the problem; it isn't the actual healing. It should be as reliable as stones or pots, which it is not.
It may be more obvious than before due to the heavy lags experienced by many players over the past weekend. I think the healing should take priority in the game software code over the animation.
If something fails to complete, let it be the animation.

You actually STOLE all my words, and thank you for being the first person to post this very critical problem... I thought, GM's knew already about Heal "HP increasing delay" (and instant animation) when you use the main heal skill, since I mentioned it personally in the game (after witnessing a wedding) to a GM who's name I wont mention, and he told me, "we know about all the issues and we are working on fixing them" ... I thought they would put on first priority the thing that mostly affect a class Role Playing (as Cleric's Heal) ... I as a cleric, am not a supportive one anymore until they fix this delay on hp increase, because I wont let my character look like a noob at lvl 6X ... and after all, It is not fun to watch people that you are spam healing dying in front of your eyes... when it was not a normal thing.
About animation fix, yes it is important, but, what about a class Role affected? isn't that more important than a funny movement? I think so :( ... I hope cleric's heal is fixed since I dont see any other thread where people actually document that this is happening ... (Bijou ex-best cleric)

Yeah, they should totally make fixing that a priority. Cause the same day of the big upgrade other class players where complaining that clerics where even worse than before. I felt bad, me being a cleric and all. I personally dont think clerics are bad, but that bug is making us look pretty ugly in front of other class players. Our heals suck, because of the bug, and if theres a lag.......poor cleric. They mighty blame will fall all upon you. Yeah its that dramatic. So pls if any GM's are reading this, pls.......cleric heals = priority for next patch. Thank You :D
