will it be the same ? 03:30 on there time ( i read on other thread ), cuz i want and need an answear, cuz if it is 03:30 the 27th august, then it means 00:00 or MORE for me, then it's the 28th, so i need to wait til morning to play, that's 28th... "/

Well, I don't think you can get a "FOR SURE" answer because I don't believe any GM's have posted a time, but it will MOST LIKELY be at the same time that OB was going to be released last Friday (Saturday for you) which was 3PM PST.

Of course no one knows for sure, but our best bet for the time being is 3PM (<PM!) PST since it is already the day before it is supposed to be released and the GM's haven't posted anything about it yet.
