Take into consideration that from a fresh install, there are a couple of patchs to download. IT took me more than 30 mins to download all patchs before beeing able to play again.

Hmmm.... well, I have to go through the basics first, so please bear with me:

1: If you are using a firewall, have you ensured you have allowed Fiesta access? This may have to be done after every patch.

2: have you ensured your system meets the minimum requirements (http://fiesta.outspark.com/support/?view=download) to play?

3: have you downloaded and installed the latest drivers (http://fiesta.outspark.com/support/?view=download)?

4: Are you expereincing any specific errors or messages when attempting to download, or is it just 'hanging up'?

5: Have you tried using the Manual Patch (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31539)?

If you have gone through each of the steps above and still are having issues connecting, try submitting a detailed ticket to the helpdesk for technical issues. A direct link can be found in my signature.

Please post back here on the status of this issue and any possible resolution you may find in an effort to assist other players who may be experiecing the same issue.

Thank you - and good luck. :D

This might be a stupid question but did you download Direct X 9.0 beforehand?

In that case, please submit a ticket. The tech department may be able to assist you further in this.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

They should just make a separate topic for "I quit" threads.

Now now.... "I quit" is usually another way of saying "please help". :3

Among a few other things that I won't mention....

If it's still saying connection refused, check your Internet Options, under the Connections tab. Click LAN settings and make sure that it's not trying to use a proxy server.

At this point, this thread really should be in the troubleshooting section.. I'll move it now..
