Lvl 57 Quest Bug

Hi I would just like to report that the quest that u recieve from the Guild Master in Elderine for Lvl. 57 is bugged. I recently tried to get the quest but was unable to due to the his conversation bubble ending without a chance to accept or reject. If this quest could please be fixed quickly I would greatly appreciate it as I have run out of quests to do ^^" Sorry for the trouble.

I get the same thing happening too as there is no next button to click :)
