Client Crash opon start up

Hello i have been trying to get the game to work on my cousins computer im awar beta is over this was before that. When i downloaded the game everything downloaded properly. But when i install a small window pops up saying the windows downloader was messed up or something i clicked continue it would finish installing. Once it was done installing we click the icon for the game. The login screen appears but a window opens saying an error has accured because of windows saying something wasent downloaded or installed properly. we repeated this 3 times. Both restarting the pc before install and after. as well as turning all other programs and anti virus and firewalls off. any suggestions? this happen for anyone else?

Maybe it's a vista problem... Well i dunno about that.





However maybe if you'd provide specifications on that pc, maybe users might be able to help better.

Naa its not a Vista problem iv had no problems. but more info could help solve the problem :/
