Hi i bought a Blue menian outfit set (permanent)
and it isnt showing up in the purchased items tab...
so i just really want to be able to use it
so please a [gm] or [csr] please help me!

Did you just hit "Add To Cart", or are you sure you bought it?

From memory :)
Open your character Inventory, you have the 4 icons for the 4 pages in the middle left.
At the right of those you have like a gift box button.
Click on it.
You should see there your purchased item.
Once you [click or right click on it] it will be brought into your character inventory [that's how when you have multiple characters you choose who gets it :)].
Once in your character inventory, [click or right click] will activate it.
Note that details may vary as I write this from memory :)
