No, open beta is for testing the servers capabilities.

When does beta testing end anyway? and when was alpha testing? It's so hard to find a good, free mmorpg these days. I spent some time playing runescape and hated it, and about a week of putting up with Knights online. And welcome to Fiesta madatdaworld!
