What made you become neophyte?

Just wondering and curious. What made you decide to go neophyte from the beginning? That's if...your first character was a neophyte, lol

Any RPG I play I usually pump as many stat points into dodging and the not-getting-hit stats as humanly possible (something about a friend who did that with DnD and ended up never getting bonked) :X I actually originally planned to go scout since I long-range fighting is safer but then I realized I liked bonking things with a dull knife too much >.>

Seriously, my dagger is dull. Don't ever ask to buy it <.<;;

i went apprentice at first .. got it to lvl 18 and thought about why i was even an apprentice.. im always something to do with mage... SO .. i thought id create a new character and make him a neophyte .. AND he rox XD XD

The idea that neophytes (well... rogues) sneak around and commit foul deeds is really too much to resist for anyone >_> That and I've played and highly enjoyed the rogue class in WoW (Oh god...) so I thought I'd give neos a try and it hasn't been bad so far :)

Like is most MMO's I play I don't like using magic nor do I like so it was down to squire and neo I thought the neo looked way cooler so I went with it and i'm happy with the results.

i did it because i love Haseo from .hack g.u and he was an adept rogue so i was inspired into being a rogue. besides i like rogues anyway because we are the 'tanks' of the group. and with a good acolyte we r unstopable

I always like to play as an assassin type class. >>;
-Super fast attack speed
-Duel wielding
-High crit rate
-High dodge rate
-Fast walking speed (You have gotta love this one!)

I'm not much of a tank and mage person anyways.

well it all started when I was a child... stealing... the nice cars... sharp knives... lol, ya right.

Nah, its all about the rapid acceleration of knives into your opponents head for me :)

Nice...nice...I for one just love speed based characters in general, especially in fighting games, lol

When it came to mmos...(This is my first mmo game, actually), I love thief characters in RPGs...so going neophyte was the natural choice.:)

I love that sneaky attack on assassin on all MMO's... So choosing neo was not a decision, it was just natural.
But now deciding between scout and rogue is tough.. I like way more rogues but getting to lvl 66 is just not for me..So I guess i will go for scouting.. Its not that i don't like it, usually its my second choice on MMO's.. so Im gonna leave the assasins, dodgy, sneaky world and go with scouts xD

well, saw a neo when i got to lvl 16. didnt even take a look at the other classes. thats my story. dodge/speed thats just how i am in these kinds of games

my first char was a squire; i didnt like it. i tried aco, the low attack wasnt for me. so i went neo and i fell in love with it :D

Ive always gone towards making a assassin type char or a scout in all other games.. so of course i knew what to pick at first.. my only problem is which route ill take next (although ive been thinking of just doing it over and have 2 neo's then split them off both ways)

i origanally chose app cause i always love mages.But soon realized that being a mage SUCKED.(if u wanna know why i think this, go to the thread on the mages section)so i just tried out the rogue and it was very very awesome.i have yet to try anyone else though, cause this is fun.=)

well for me i have both archer and rogue. I first started out as a neo and well i changed bc scouts make more money and i was really poor. i was like i can always go back later and make a rogue. well months go by this doesnt happen so i decide that i need to make my rogue and i went and did it. I wanted rogue at first bc rogue is fast, dark and mysterious, and dodges a lot.

I figure it this way, ninjas are pretty much assassins and shadow masters, sometimes rogues. So why wouldnt anyone NOT be a rogue?

i chose neo cuz not only is invis totally fudgin sweet, scout armor is awesome and arrows are actually CHEAP in this game =D

Hey i got another reason,once u become lvl 36 u get to use invisable which scares every1 lol:D:cool:
