I can't enter the game with my character!! HELP!

i enter in the game, choose my server (bijou) and when i choose my character and click ENTER it keeps showing on the screen ''conecting to the server'' and it doesn't work! i created another char and with this new one the game worked!!

plz, i need to play with my old one! lvl42 cleric!!! :(

plz GMs HELP MEEEE!

p.s.: i'm in Collapsed Prison with my old one...
