got a problem with the 6/24/08 patch

Hi,i got a problem of the 6/24/08 patch,im new and i got a windows 64 bits computer.ive trying to patch myself and when it comes to a certain download window,it block at 3/4 of the download for like hours.


and now the say that errors occured plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help
