When i go to log in fiesta i hit login and then it says no servers open or w/e is this normal or is it just me?

no its downloaded already and i never had a problem.but when i tried now it said error not properly installed. and shhut off.never did that before.it usually just shots fiesta screen saying server down

Hi peeps, just wondering if fiesta open beta is open for playing now. i tried to logged on just now, it says can't connect to server. Or do i have to install again? cos i downloaded the game when its on closed beta.
