Character gets stuck

Well, this is the second time this happens, I die in KQ and when I revive, my character skills don't work and my the maps don't show any icon:

and when I say "skills don't work" I mean that if I do a buff or self-buff or heal, it will not have any effect and if I do a damage skill, it gets stuck right in the end:

and I cant move my character anymore, if I die the character can move again but I have to restart all the game to be able to do skills and see maps again, I don't understand why it happens, I happened with 2 of my characters and ALWAYS dying in a KQ (I think that it was Mara's both times)

relogging will probably help, don't need to restart your fiesta. if you relog in a kq, you will still be in the kq if you log back in immediately.

no, I have to fully close the game, I have tried all other options and nothing works
