Access Denied ?!?!

Is it just me or you get "Access Denied" when you try to click on the "Fiesta Open Beta Delayed" link under Announcements & Events on the homepage?* This is the link:

I've been browsing around, everyone says it's 3am PST and now I don't I'll be able to find out the official time. :P

I've been trying to install it and i get the same error. It gets to the installshield and it says access denied :(
