no,it isnt the animation bug.Since i didnt see no one talking about it,here i am to do it.If lightning blast is supposed to work like lightning bolt,which gives and red extra damage(117 on max lvl i think),its just not working.The extra damage that it is supposed to do,is not appearing.Did any1 else noticed that?
