so.... i'm glad i'm in GMT -8:00 timezone, so i can be one of the first to ***** when it doesn't open on the exact time XD

so that being put aside, i'm gonna state a few things here...

first, there's too many threads about people complaning about the release date. posting threads isn't gonna release the game faster people, if anything it might get you banned from the game itself LOL

second, there's no superior class in this game, go ahead and give me all the **** you want to, THERE'S NO SUPERIOR CLASS!* i'm gonna play all 4 classes anyway, so i'm not making a priority XD

third, for the people who spend most of their time in an MMO looking for a party, it's no good, the time it takes you to find a party you could probably make alot of progress. i mean if you're looking to do a PQ it's okay, or if you're looking for an item that's okay too, but spamming "looking for party" won't help -_-;;;

okay just wanted state my mind there, if you took the time to read it, thanks, i know i typed too much, but bear with me >_<

NOW!

i have a question, it's a class related question (yeah i know, OMG not again...)

what class is good for me

now before you answer that, consider these things:

1. I want to be able to solo most of the time (no support needed)

2. i don't mind spending a lot of time just to level up (slow exp gain is okay)

3. i don't wanna spend too much money on hp/mp stones and pots (low expenses)

sorry if that's a lot of stuff to consider... i assume a cleric would fit into this, but i didn't play that long >_<*

thank you for your consideration, don't flame plz >_<

oh and btw, the games i play most of the time are:

MMOs:*

Trickster (omg too many updates recently)

Dungeon Runners (w00t mobs)

Phantasy star online (OMG A RARE ITEM! *YOINK*)

other non-online games:

Melty Blood Act Cadenza ver.b (BEST FIGHTING I'VE EVER PLAYED ^^)

Summon Night Swordcraft story 2 (look at me i can make a sword out of a motor!)

San francisco rush 2049* (YEE-HAH! OH SHI- *EXPLODES INTO WALL*)

Ys 1&2 Eternal Complete -translated version- (OMGZ WHERE'S THE ATTACK BUTTON!?)

Touhou 1-10 (blasting lolis out of the sky O_o)

okay i'm done, gotta go to sleep now >_<

if you uys are bored, go to simulationstyle.com, and download some games there (most are JAP >_<)

byw now, *patiently waits for release time**

i think he would b a good cleric cause they dont use lots of potions and he is tolerant of actually training for long periods of time

but yea he gonna use magic to heal himself which costs MP and to regain MP he needs to use stones or pots

If you're casual about leveling up, then cleric is the way to go.

Get the stones and potions skills and load up on dust, crystals, spirit fruit, and copper.

Clerics heal themselves starting at lvl 3 so basically you don't NEED health potions, but it's good to have some in reserve in case, for example, a whole herd of boogies attack you.* You need lots of spirit potions,*but you can make those yourself.***So it's fairly easy to solo.

You can make and sell elrue and keep a lot of it for yourself.* After a while you can make lix and xir as well.* Use cash to buy a few scrolls before* particularly hard quests.

Only problem with cleric is if you're in a party or a KQ everyone expects you to stay in the rear with the gear healing everyone.**They don't want you to*melee, even if you're holding a +6 hammer.* That's kind of rough.

anyway you look at it all chars use stones but a cleric will mainly use one and can heal from one types of stone and have invinc, cure and other stuff just from one type of stone and those being sp stones. they are the cheapest of the 2 as well. also just rest in a safe place if you wanna recharge your sp and save on stones.

i have a cleric and for what you wanna do then cleric is best. i always have a stash of hp stones but very rarely use them. a fighter will use more hp stones and pots and hp stones the more expensive. yes they have higher def. depends really what exactly you wanna do.

takes longer to kill with a cleric but the ability to heal yourself compensates for this. the only time you use more sp pots with a cleric and can really go through them is in a party. solo then the use is dramatically reduced

one other consideration is that clerics can go for higher lvl mobs when the others chars may not be able to*

as for standing back in parties and KQs then i don't have a prob with that as your there to heal your party anyway as that is your set of skills. you become the most important party member, especially when you have revive and the only cleric in a party which means a very goods idea to stand back.

don't want the only member of your party who has the heal skill to die do you? but clerics can make good tanks if the mob stays with you that is

I'm with you, bionical.* But golly, sometimes you get tired of the fighters having all the fun.

Not that I'd want to BE a fighter.* I don't look that good in a skirt./sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-laughing.gif

Ah, the power of life and death.* And then bringing you back to life.* And then letting you die again.

Go for fighter and makes pots

Or you could for for Cleric but if you want to do heavy grinding and lvling then Fighters the way to go since Cleric only has one offensive move until lvl...30 or 40 I think it was?

gotta agree there 4sword andZugZwang. the times i trained someone for ksin tho i DO give a warning lol or i just don't rez them. i've even trained members of the guild i was in for ksin lol tho it did go slightly wrong

oh and if you do choose a cleric makes sure you pick the pot skill. you can always sell the hp ones but keep the sp*
