and its past that it said it would be ready on the 24th... so why cant i download the OB for the game /sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cry.gif?

Actually, if you have read what it says in the top banner, you would have known it would be today... Not the 24th, because it got delayed.
