toughness

is toughness bugged or am i just not getting the way its supposed to work?

just got the skill so trying it out, on the description it says increases block rate by 14% now when you add in my shield 3% and my end bonus another 3% i should have 20% blocked so about 1/5 hits getting blocked, yet i was just fighting with it and was not stopping any hits on me. i was hit 13 times in a row without a single attack being blocked. does it not stack with shield and end bonus? or does it work in a differnt way, even if it dont stack with end and shield bonus (witch would be very odd) then i should still have blocked at least 1 attack on me during that time.

I dont think it working properly. I've never noticed a difference when using it

ive never seen any difference either :s but then again i hardly ever use it >.<

Yeah toughness is bugged. It has been bugged since I started playing, and as far as I can tell, it has never worked properly.

It would be an awesome skill, but unfortunately, it is either bugged, or Outspark is waiting to fix it because they are still testing the skill.

I do try it again after every new patch, just to see if it works. But no, it is still, and probably shall always, be broken. I've given up hope.
