Who has the highest Scroll Production Skill? :D

Well with the cap raising pretty soon, im pretty sure T4 will be reality; in addition, this will lead to T4 scrolls which is well into the 30Ks in scroll production skill. So i was wondering... Who will be providing loads of higher level players with T4 scrolls? D:

0k skill points in scroll production >D I win! j/k. That is quite high though. I really wish I had taken scrolls when I first made my character, but I have potions. ;D
