I think a 2:1 END SPR or a 1:2 END SPR build is best...end for defense and hp and spr for critical rate and sp...

from what I gather.. the best builds are still in development. But a lot of ppl are saying that Str is not a great attribute.. cause at lvl 100 you only get +138 Dmg... A few ppl told me that str did help though. At the end of CB2 everyone I talked to was either going End/Str 2/1 or End Spr 2/1 but really it depends on what you want from you character.. like are you planning on staying in a party and fighting with others.. Or lots of soloing.. ect. As far as tanking the usual mmo techniques are implied. Having lotsa health keeps you alive and as a tank you dont need to be doing the heaviest damage.. thats what the mage is for. However soloing you would need a bit of both.. but I really recomend the group fighting over soloing anyhow as it gives you a fuller and more enjoyable game atmosphere...I think, I like parties and meeting/hunting(grinding) with others.. But those are just my opinions.. Oh and another bit of advice, watch you skill empowerments... cause i think there actually more crucial to the characters overall power than the stat points.. like for exampe.. the three slash attack only works for one handed swords. Thus its a waist to empower that skill if you wanna go 2h. This happened to my friend when he got to clever fighter, he had the 3 slash attack at max power and cooldown, then found out he couldnt use it with a greatsword. What a waist of skill pnts. lmao

There is no such thing it all depends on what type of fighter you want to be. If it was like that then they wouldn't incorporate working together as a party or in a guild. Again no such thing as the best build for a fighter. Either your a tank or not that is the question.

Endurance: raises def and increases hp basically

spirit: Boosts mp, magic resistance, and critical rate

the reason ppl are liking these too stats over others(str, dex) is because the results are greater, you gain hp and def with endurance where as str just increases damage ect. The spirit comes in later when you start praying for that one crit. to slay the mob. and when some nasty mob hits you with a spell.. your fighter dun crumple.. Plus its really all about magic points too.. Every bonus 5 points to your magic points or spirit points or whatever you want to call it.. The more you got the better you are.. Special attacks and buff bring down big foes quicker.. specialy if you have more magic than most fighters your able to manage you mp's and cast your spells more often. Making you able to tank longer and have quicker gains for your group. If you plan on solo fighting a lot though I would defianetly go End over spirit.

I really do not think that a fighter would use DEX much.* They have such high HP, due to their nature and the extra END you add.* Besides, i do belive fighter armor is among the most defensive in the game.* The fighter is made last long, so don't worry about DEX.* I went 2:1 STR:END, and i think it worked out great.* Hope it helps.

Yeah I would think that dex is a waste of Sk

You should worry most about STR, END, and SPR. I am currently using 1:2 = STR/END which becomes helpful when soloing due to the fact that you gain lots of health for the two points you add every time to END and you still have some strength to increase your attack, but in the long run, you should be aware of SPR because it becomes very useful in your future as a Fighter (Read more to find out why). Strength is important to the fighter class but you're better in the long run if you concentrate more of your time and points on END and SPR. But still, STR is okay when you add a few points from time to time. SPR will help with gaining more SP for skills and having a greater Critical Rate, which is very important because once that critical attack kicks in, it doubles your attack and really helps with your training.

Hope this helps.

(Also, you could think of it this way: if you're not too fond with following builds and seem to be confused with them constantly, like I was when I first started playing, you could always take into account your own personal likings. If you think you need to deal more damage to a monster, add more STR, if you want to see an improvement in the amount of HP you have, add more points into END, more SP or more critical attacks? Put some points into SPR. But you should always keep in mind that DEX and INT are not as greatly important and needed as STR, SPR, and END.)

hello.....i was just wondering. do u normally KQ after lvl 20, and does KQing last till forever. if it does...then wouldnt a full end 1h shield fighter be kinda the most suited.

and also, i was thinking of a 2:1 end spr ratio with an axe, to pile on the crits on axe dmg with a tank hp...but no shield.

comments?
