I read his post a few times and it seem more like he's teasing/discouraging you by saying he 'would offer as much as 3g' than a legitimate offer of 3g; themadness edited his first post to BIN price 3g despite Ledude already claimed that he might offer 3g (I take it the seller is doubting the seriousness of the offer). I'm the first person to confirm that I will buy at the BIN price, therefore I should win the auction.

People should know better than fooling around in an auction, as the seller wouldn't be able to tell if they are bidding for real.
