I had no idea that you could make such a good siggy with MS Paint, but this is actually a good one.

Epic necro posting going on, but I suppose it doesn't matter since it's a good guide.
Personally I prefer Macromedia Fireworks MX and Photoshop. :x

Thanks so much! And for those of you who can't get the Image to appear, it's not the Website's URL. There should be a bunch of different Codes on the left (I used the Website TinyPic), the that says IMG Code or something is the right one. It should have URL here. Copy the URL that is there. Hope I helped! :)
