has any1 else found the treasure chest in Sand Hill?? I found it in the Bijou server so it might only be there. And you cant get 2 it either (ive tried). So any mages or archers might try 2 shoot or something.

Second, if a chest randomly appears somewhere and you can't get close to it, it is most likely a glitch in the system. Chests only appear during special events run by the GMs.
