Can some one elaborate? I been at work all nite, and have no clue whats up yet. Tried to quest from the hotel manager, but im not finding another necklace for her stupid kid, and she wont offer me another quest. Is this happening to people?
Also how to fiddle with the notice announcement stuff? Gotta buy emotes or is there a filter now?

XD i was confused myself
kk just click store belongings in mall st. hotel and quest will pop up
and the emotes dont appear in chat anymore just on the top of the screen with a new frame xD
i think only gm notices will appear in chat now
