i cant get on fiesta

Hi, i cant log onto fiesta and its monday at 5:50 eastern. I'd really like to play but it says the connection to servers has failed. Could someone please help me.

I am at 3:40pm pacific time, I have read that you have to re-download the game is that right?? cause with the game I have on from the closed beta... it*won't let me long on...
