We've been discussing this issue with our community in various threads. You asked for this sticky and here it is:

This is the place to follow any news regarding our announcement for Fiesta European players on our service. I will try to summarize what has taken place so far and we will add more news as they become available.

-On Monday 6/30: We announced that a local version of Fiesta will be available in Europe starting with Germany, France and Spain and we blocked German IPs. The community reacted and asked for a better solution and advance notice.

-On Tuesday 7/1: We responded to the community by removing the German IP Block and apologized to our German players. We also announced that we are working on a better solution including a transition plan with Gamingo.
We also made sure we give you advance notice in the future on upcoming IP Blocks.

-On Wednesday 7/2: We continue to engage and respond to our community in various threads on the forum.

What is the latest as of Thursday 7/3?

We are in the middle of negotiations with Gamingo an a solution that will hopefully resolve this issue where the results are favorable to the players, a goal we are putting at the top of our list.

We ask for your patience until we reach a solution.

Thank you.

A NOTE REGARDING ONGOING FIESTA SERVICE

As you may already know, Outspark is making some changes to the way we serve Fiesta players located in Europe.

Due to the success of Outspark's Fiesta, local publishers no longer want Outspark to accept new Fiesta players from several European countries. Beginning on July 14, 2008 at 12pm PDT (GMT -7 hours), we will no longer accept new Fiesta players from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Residents of these countries who have been playing Fiesta through Outspark's English service prior to July 14, 2008 at 12pm PDT may continue to enjoy this immersive game at Outspark.com. Please be aware that character transfers to other Fiesta service providers will not be allowed.

The Outspark community is like a family to us and we are saddened to no longer be able to support new German, Austrian, and Swiss Fiesta players. At the same time, we are excited to offer players from these countries access to our other great games including Secret of the Solstice, Project Powder, Bread 'n Butter—and the awesome titles coming to Outspark.com in the near future!

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and want all of you to know that we continue to be committed to bringing every Outspark member the best possible games and online entertainment service with our game masters.

-The Outspark Team

I was asked to explain again what happens after July 14th:

If you are an existing player, you can continue to play after July 14th no matter where you are. The Fiesta Launcher will detect that you are already an existing player and it will continue to allow you access to the client.

New users form Germany, Austria and Switzerland who do not have an existing Fiesta account will be blocked from launching the client after July 14th.
