help with login issue

i try to login and put in my data but then when i do it just goes back to login screen i cant even play the game does anyone know whats wrong:confused:

Cancel out processes of outspark/xenian or sos (cntrl+alt+del)

all of them and it says my data could possibly get erased and suff (i didnt erase all of them yet if it is bad dont worry i didnt)

I do it all the time it doesnt erase the game or mess anything up. Your pc is reading that the game is already playing. So just do a complete shut down and that should fix it
