9.5/10. Though the quality is poor, it was done in MS Paint which isn't an easy thing to do since it is such a low-level type program. I recommend taking your time and doing an outline first. This makes life easy, then get a free program, like Gimp, and take out the lineart and color it in MS or the program you get. ^^
