Can you like...not get clothing without sparkcash?? i have been trying to get some i just dunno where to get them either. can you help me get them? if you can get them without sparkcash that is.....Anyways please answer.

You cannot get premium clothing unless you buy Sparkcash.
Sometimes there are events where you can get a hat, or some random accessory for a certain number of days, for completing an Event Quest. But other than that, you can only get them from the Cash Shop.
