It is stated in the events and announcement. Im not definite on this but it seems that i cant open the announcement.

the only delay posted in my events and announcements is the one they put up on the 24th stating it was delayed until today shadow.

Ya I agree I see no mention in announcements and nothing mentioned in events regarding a delay for the 27th. Perhaps you could link the post to which you are refering.
