error 401-0 logging in [Archive]

Through the Outspark Launcher (ver 1.0.0.1)
entering Outspark ID and password gets an error message (it used
to go to the normal opening page and since CB shut down a pop-up about
failure to connect to server)

THERE HAS BEEN !!!NO!!! feedback from CS as to if we need to
re-download the
client, nor WHEN the delayed opening would start. In fact there has
been nearly NOTHING "official" from you guys for nearly TWO WEEKS. ?
Did you fire everybody and shut-down the project & decide to not
let the beta testers know anything?

Hey, am facing the same problem.. I was in closed beta 2 too...

I was a level28 mage.. so is all my data deleted????

I thought that i should atleast be able to log into it... Please help me..

*sigh* they character wiped. so... yes the mage is gone. :(

Okay so does anyone know how we get to log into the game again then being as we are all getting the same error message about our username and/or passwords?* I would like to get in and at least recreate my character and start leveling it back up again?* Do we have our stuff still at least or no?* We are starting at lvl 1 with our characters all over again, right?

*** IS WRONG WITH THIS GAME NOW I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE ERROR 401-0 unauthorized thing and it is pissin me off,i waited more than 4 days waiting and yes i was in the closed beta 2,of this game and was level 20 so *** is wrong with this,

can some gm help us or am i hallucinating the whole thing

Did they mean that we should reach lvl20 in CB1????

And does this problem mean that all the beta testers for CB2 have been deleted from the list...???

Hey, we reported the bugs too.. I mean, i dont mind if they delete all the characters and stuff and make me beginf right from lvl1.. But atleast let me begin instead of giving a 401-0 error...

Someone please tell me what to do..... Thanks a lot..

I have created another account too.. But that needs an invitation from Outspark team so that i can play(like CBs).. Hope they resolve this soon..

I am guessing all of you played Closed Beta.. if so and you are trying to use the closed beta patcher it will not work. If you would have read the post ds put up(GM), you will notice that you need to download the latest version of the patcher.

yer dudes, i tried 2 log in, and the same thing happened. i tried to 2 reinstall it, it downloaded the new patch, but still didnt work. i tried 2 log in on a new account, but it still didnt work. PLEASE tell me me how i can get in again!!!

Same... Every time that Outspark make something, the file is corrupt, a virrus or just NOT working...

me and my friend were waiting the 5 or 6 days and they went by so slow. and now i got the same prob. i just made a forum topic and then i saw this will a GM plz shed some light on this weird problem!!!

Redownloaded and installed the 600MB client (renamed the old client folder cb-fiesta) and the patch-login process went through no problems. Make sure the new desktop icon paths to*the new outspark.exe instead of the old CB Fiesta folder

90KB/s for one hour.

btw, the lag and latency problems,*the Alter.net (cheapo) backbone into Outspark is forcing 56k dial-up latency, even on dsl connections through them.

I am getting the same error as everyone els4e. WHy is it hat the ppl that helped with bugs in the betas are getting a raw deal now? I mean come on GMs we should be priority, not ignored totally. We helped you bug test your game, at least let us play again.

And btw, I did re-downlaod it and still getting hte same error, so for all the ppl posting that, and saying stuff like 'dont you read the announcements' . YES WE DO, dont comment if you dont know whats going on.. damn.
