Add the the critical rate, and possible enhancement/lics. Just as a warning here, unless it's a +9 axe, you're better of NPCing it. Most lvl 70's don't accept axes without at least 30+ STR or END, or at least 20+ of 3 beneficial stats.

If I got this axe from a drop, I wouldn't even bother to waste time trying to sell it...I would just NPC it. I mean look at the stats...do you honestly think it worth at least 440s?
