Hey everyone,
I recently messed up my old Fighter because I was being stupid about where to put my skill points, so I made a new one.
So far I've maxed out the SP consumption and Cool Time for Sneaking Kick and now working on Mock.
I'm a pure END build tank almost level 30, and was wondering after I've knocked down the SP cons/Cool Time for Mock, if there are any other skills I need to work on.
Thanks in advance.

Well, first of all I would say that its a bad idea to do anything to snearing kick. Sp consumption is a waste in the long run, and snearing kick has an awfully fast cooldown time anyway.
Another thing is, in the higher levels, there aren't many upgrades of the mock skill, but there are for snearing kick. Even a level 79 only gets up to mock 2. What this means is, it is as a tank neccesary to cooldown mock (NOT SP CONSUMPTION!) so that you can cast it over and over to maintain aggro even better. But we DO get higher levels of snearing kick, so it becomes more effective and its not as neccesary to spam it. And even so, its cooldown time is fast enough that even as it is default, its fast enough to maintain aggro. Take it from a level 79. I've tanked a whole lot of crapp, and snearing kick is really never that useful.
Anyway, So after cooltime on mock, I think you'll wanna do time and duration of devasate. I guess you don't have that yet, but its a nifty move that damages and stuns up to 10 enemies in a circle around you. Adding time makes the stun last longer, and adding to cooldown makes it so you can do it more often (obviously), and if you have a fast mock and devestate, you should be able to time it well enough that all monsters are either stunned, or attacking you. Very useful for tanking. WAY MORE USEFUL that snearing kick. So take the points offa that move and put em into devestate, seriously.

How do I take the points off and move them? Do I have to buy a cash shop item that does it? Or do one of the quests give an item that can do it for me?
Thanks for the reply btw.

I'm afraid the only way to remove them would be with a skill reset scroll from the cash shop... sorry.
If you do manage to get them off, you don't need to "move" them persay sicne you don't get that sill until level 43. But just leave them unused and save them. You won't regret it.
