Do i need to DL the patch twice (once for each of my PCs)? Is there a way to just copy the downloaded patch and install that on my other PCs? Any ideas? It takes a loong time to DL....

*Thanks in advance!

Yes, you have to download on both PC's (or literally rip the hardrive out and put it in each PC when you use them, making you really only have 1 PC hardrive in use...)

Is it possible to download the whole client, then just transfer the 500mb+ file to the other computer???

When you click download, it downloads a downloading client which is around 2mb. It downloads files which is extremely annoying when it times out every few hours...

It downloads a file from "http://cdn2.outspark.com/OutsparkFiesta.1.2.60b.exe"

Note: This file is 585.61MB.

I am not sure if that file contains a installer.

I'm downloading it now, I'll post back here if you can install fiesta with that file.

Does anyone know where the launcher saves the patch as it downloads/finishes the DL? There has to be a better way than to:

a) Download the patch on every PC

b.) Rip the HD off and use it on the other PCs

I want to install the game on my gaming shop and DLing the patch on all (20+) PCs is gonna be a pain in you know where!

To answer my own question, the ~600MB file (as it downloads) is stored in your C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp folder.

Filename: OutsparkFiesta.1.2.60b.exe

I've yet to try copying/installing this exe on another PC as it's still DLing at 50%.

Like most downloading client, I would suspect that the download client would download the file to your local temporary file.

It's best to look there. Note: The Temp folder is hidden by default in Windows.

---

Like most online games, when you download something, it will usually overwrite the file if it's already existing for security. Then it deletes the downloaded FULL client after installation to free up space. NOTE: I'm not sure yet if Fiesta does the same or not.

---

Ways to solve your problem:

1. Download the FULL client (see my first post)

2. Have a temporary web server on the local network and change the host file on each computer you want to download on to that temporary server.(Note: Requireds A LOT OF WORK!!(NOT EASY OR QUICK!!!))

you can copy it to a blank disk and then put the disk in your other pc to noy download it

@PrinceMagnus

It could possibly work if you use a thumb drive.

If Outspark doesn't have much security, it should work.

I'm just thinking that the install / download client might say:

1. You have to download the file again so it knows that the file isn't tampered with.

2. "OutsparkFiesta.1.2.60b.exe" may not come with an installer.

I still think that installing it over the network would be better, because you can work on more than one computer.

With thumbdrives and Cds, you could have to make a few copies if you wanted to work on more than one computer.
