Buying +9 level 40/50 staff!

Yeah, like the title says, i'm buying a level 40 or level 50 +9 staff. Preferably a level 40 +9 staff considering i'm closer to that than I am to level 50, haha. Anyways, +9's are no longer rare so I better not see some huge 100g price tag on it anything within like...200s is a rather reasonable price I would think but whatever. If you've got a either a +9 level 40 or 50 staff, I need it so sell it to me! Also, if it has licenses or if it's green w/stats, I will not buy it. Sorry, personal thing.

I believe they're worth about 600-700s (the ones with no lics and NPC), or at least, that's around what they were last time I came across one. Hardly will you find one though considering most people don't bother with upgrading NPC items.

600s-700s for a measly level 40/50 +9 staff? It's not even worth half of that much. Considering how easy it is to upgrade weapons now they shouldn't even run for more than 100s, IF that. That's just pure greed right there. Guess i'll have to buy some Red Eyes/Blue Miles when I get the chance.
