well maybe it's an obvious quesiton but can some1 tell me where i can find/buy buff scrolls

You can buy scrolls from other players, or make them yourself, if one of your characters has the scroll-making alchemy skill.
Recipes for scrolls can be purchased from the Skill Masters. Click the alchemy icon when you talk to the Skill Master to purchase recipes. There will be more than just 1 page, so click the arrow to go to the next page of recipes. Be aware that you must have a certain skill level in order to make different scrolls. Meaning, that you must make a number of scrolls before you are able to make the next type of buff scroll.
