Are you using the download client?
The FULL client is at: "http://cdn2.outspark.com/OutsparkFiesta.1.2.60b.exe"
Since the Open Beta 1.2.60b file is SO NEW (only about 8 hours old) there wouldn't be any torrents or FTP links yet.
If you wait a few weeks / months, there might be some...
You may want to use a download manager just in case the download times out.
