Windows Mode? and how to decrease the game resolution

If anyone could help me out I just cant find any way to switch the resolution and if windows mode if possible....also the texture because my video card isnt top of tyhe line :)

In game on far right bottom of the screen is the options panel. look in settings and click it over to full screen. You can change the screen resolution there as well. click the current resolution to open the menu choices. then click apply
