Just find any of Saturne's (SeventhMagpie)post and click on the link in her siggy(this is easy she post an awful lot XD i think shes going to see this post o.o

i give 6/10

1) write ur name and level in other color than white... dark color.. make it contra.. it shining out.. u know?
2) the quote is so beautiful... but... it could be better if it easier to read
3) that siggy came out in low quality (bit blur) cause u use JPG format... i suggest u use PNG cause it simply better... high quality.. sharp..

other than that, its nice...

Get GIMP (it's free), or Photoshop if you prefer to pay, so you don't have to tolerate limited features that comes with paint. Even if you plan to make the same stuff GIMP cut your workload down by a ton. ^_^

I do use GIMP just its rather irritating having to click here and there XD i only use it when like...making a background transparent or something
