can't login to the game help please

so i finished installing the game. and when i click on the launcher and its says "loading..." and nothing happends. can anyone help me out?

Is the firewall turned on? Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?

how do i install the DirectX 9.0c? i have the file but inside it has alot of other zip files

ok my windows firewall is off and directX 9.0 is installed. but i still have the same problem
