i have closed and opened the launcher about 10 diff times and it says cant connect to server then i got it to the world screen to opehn up but when i clicked the world it said connection to world failed
*any suggestions?????

You have downloaded the new client?? Dont use ure "old" fiesta and download the new one ;)

Uninstalled the old version, installed the new one and only come to the point where the dragon and the kitty are playing on the street and you should be able to select a server - no connection possible :-(
Could that be somehow firewall related?

Yep, turn firewall off or open the ports for fiesta( whichever they are)
