Warp/Return scroll bug?

I'm not able to use either type of scroll.. But I can use all other items.
Just wondering if it's a glitch or if i've become really dumb..er

Check to see if you've taken any quests that disable the usage of warp/return scrolls. Delete them and you should be fine.

I didn't even realize I was on any quests.
