Need help in the skill master quest

hello, i just started this game yesterday and i really need help in this quest. The part I'm stumbling on is 'to venture brynhild's summer hill street sewers'. :( I tried searching in the summer hill street and bascically everywhere. Can someone help me in giving me the directions to where it is near or at.

As soon as you enter mall street it's on your right in the fenced off area.
