You might wanna look into getting an Ice ViVi license.
You have a repeat quest there that gives some decent amount of exp (killing + collect snow), so you'll be there for awhile.

i say go for VT licenses, that way the more % u get on them, the more the axe will sell for much more that putting a MT licenses on it, cuz most monsters becom gray-named by lvl 37-39.
