you can only use them to refine the pet incubator. so save at least all four pieces

When you do the pet quest. Otherwise the pendants are useless

that would be around lvl 35 when you can start the quest and however long it takes to farm all those SSFs, leather,wood,fairy powder, and whatever else you need for incubator.
