Probably a delay with the mail service.
Mailing in cash is a bit risky, since things can easily get lost or sent to the wrong address. Also just because something gets to the destination in a certain amount of time the first time, it doesn't mean that it will arrive at exactly the same time the next.
There really is no way to find out what happened to the money you sent. Just hope it's just a delay and that it gets to it's destination.
You might want to look into using Pre-paid cards and just pay online, rather than sending money via mail.

You'll have to remember that heaps of other people send in their money too.
I have some possible things,
* The mail might have been held up as that can happen alot
* There might be more people who have sent in their money and the workers maynot have gotten to yours yet
* Outspark may have less workers at the moment therefore taking longer to shuffle through them all
* You may not have sent the right amount and they have not contacted you about it
Those are only some possibilitys but i'm sure there's nothing to worry about don't hassle yourself about it.

I usually see them in Walgreens/CVS, convenient stores, etc. Probably in larger stores like Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, or something of the equivalent. There are also smaller shops that specialize in pre-paid cards.

It's out of your hands once it get into the mail system. So if it's delayed, or doesn't arrive at all, you're not at fault.

Well, You do have to take into account the amount of people who send in their money as well... I'm sure it's not a very fast cycle to get 500-1,000 people (Could be more!) their spark cash.
Plus, I'm sure right now OutSparks attention is elsewhere as Ian just got hacked, Cerric went to Outspark HQ... etc etc.
I'm sure that you'll get your spark cash shortly.

Well, we also just had a three day weekend, two of which days there is no mail service. Depending also on when the mail gets picked up and their delivery schedule, it could just be because of the holidays. Or any of the other reasons posted in the thread.

Dont forget also fact of 4 July, so its very propably that entire proces of assign of sparks for your account will be delayed couple days.
It is very good solution to send so to speak tracking mail instead of regular mail.
It cost a little bit more as regular but you will have 99.9% guarantee that mail reach his destination. <tested many times by myself :)>.

If you use registered mail you can actually track the package online and see where it is currently. If anything goes wrong you show them the receipt and this other thing that proves you sent the package. They get into some issues with the manager if registered mail is lost, that's for sure.
Problem is, it's slow, and it costs more =\
