when i equip the rain set, a get the condensing raindrops buff...and when the time is up, i get a raindrop and the buff disappears....does this mean that i have to re-equip the rain set for the buff to activate again to make more raindrops r is it on as long as i have it equipped....do i have to be online for the raindrops to be made or no?
