i have a lvl 21 cart and i dont want to delet it how do i not do that do i still need to download the game again?

Meaning when you download the new client and log in..any level 20+ characters you've had should be there.... only as level 1 with no money....equipment etc.


And you'll be able to select the title Closed Beta Tester just like you would for any other title.


Since the title is assigned to a character that was level 20+ at the end of CB 2, and they saved the character for you..deleting it and making a new one would be just that.. a NEW character, not a closed beta character.
