I’d like to ask if there is another way to make money without the need to make a sub character, because I’m a guy that likes to dedicate myself to just one character.

I’ve heard of splitting you’re money into two piles.
One to represents you’re working money and the other spending money…I’d really like to take this idea on board and try it out, but there is one problem; I am unaware of what the whole process means…

If someone can, please explain to be what spending and working money is…

sub-characters make things easer, but are not needed.
Use alchemy to make an excess of whatever alchemy items you can and sell the ones you don't intend to use to earn money (also sell whatever items you can't use for your alchemy to players -but check to make sure the player buys for more than the npc will buy...some players try to cheat others by buying for less than the npc will buy items for). Set up a vendor when you are done and buy the items needed to make more...make sure you buy for less than you sell (duh).
Selling green drops is also good to make money (a problem with having alternate characters is you want to keep green drops for them instead of selling them).
Not familiar with the 2 money piles thing, so I can't explain that...

Guide List by aznhmg! (http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=89372) It has a few money-making guides that may be of help.

Erm...I haven't tried the 2 piles of money thing myself, but I can attempt to explain...x.x

Say you have 100 silver, okay? You split it into two piles of 50 silver.

The first one is spending money for yourself. You use it to buy your everything you need as you level up, and this would be things such as skills, weapons, stones, equipment, etc. This money will eventually deplete as you gain more levels, but it will refill agan with money from your other pile.

The second one is for earning income (aka. the working money). You buy items at a lower price, and sell at a higher price, with the sole purpose as earning profit. For example, you use 20s to buy a honeying pet. This you do not keep for yourself. Instead, you sell it to somebody else for 50s, and therefore gain an extra 30s. A fraction of this (or all of it, if you please) will be put back into your first pile to spend on whatever you desire.

And then you just repeat it over, and over again...(sorry if the explanation seems a bit rushed >.<).

To the reply above me:
Isn't it a bit risky to do that, i mean lets say I buy a green weapon for 20s and I'm aiming towards a 10s profit, so I put it for 30s...What if that item doesn't sell, wouldn't that mean I bought that item for nothing...

You have to know the value of an item to do that....some people sell pets for 20-25 silver, but there are people that will buy them for 50 (usually anything under 42 will sell for a pet other than slime). For armors...you have to know what stats most people are looking for, as well as how much of a stat is considered "good". That comes with looking at vendors and polling players (polling not often recommended as some people get angry about this).

The easiest way to make money, for me anyway is to just pay attention to what you buy. I buy impulsively if I don't make sure to stop myself...

And something that really helped me, whenever I get at least 100s on my character, I stick it into storage for savings. When I was lower levels and made less money, I did the same thing but in increments of 10s. After I started doing this, I stopped being so poor.

Working Fiesta's Economy, 101

I'm sure you're aching to pick up that +9 weapon you've been drooling over, or those tier 3 scroll prices are insanely high but you need the extra boosts when grinding.

Working Fiesta's economy isn't nearly as difficult as it is in other MMORPGs, but it does require work and attention. While creating alternate characters is certainly a plus, they are not entirely necessary to line your coffers with the money you need. Many have suggested trying to split your funds into two separate stockpiles, one you don't touch, the other is your free spending allowance. While this technique has shown the potential to make you prosper, by itself you wont notice significant gains unless you combine the method with economic enterprise.

Elderine is the Wall Street of Fiesta. It's the central hub (until the higher levels of the game) for transactions, big and small, and it's where you'll begin your quest to make some money. To start off, visit player stores. Spend as much time as you can visiting stores and taking notes even. Over time, you'll start to discover what the average price of an item is, what's above average and what's below average. Everyone's trying to make money, so you'll always find players trying to undercut (sell the same item for slightly less than the guy next to him) someone else to turn a profit. Remember the cardinal virtue of money-making: patience.

An example. Scrolls are a money maker, but the materials required to make them and work your skills up are difficult to acquire. Summoned beast leather is almost always in high demand, and because it's generally dropped by low level monsters, by the time you get to Elderine and you're in the 20s and 30s level-wise, finding it's difficult unless you spend a lot of time killing Ice ViVis in Moonlight Tomb. This means you can do one of two things:

1. Create an alt and farm slimes.
2. Work the market.

Find out what the average price of a tier 2 vitality scroll is on your server. On Epith, they've recently been selling at around 5s each. Yesterday, I found a guy selling them for 3s each. I bought 10 (only 30s) and resold them today at 5s each (not a big difference), but I made 20s profit. 20s is nothing to scoff at. Imagine if you built up enough capital to buy a stack of 50 vitality scrolls at 3s each (150s for the lot). Resell at 5s each, you make 100s profit. Not bad, eh?

Work the market. People have made their living doing this on Ebay, so why not do it in Fiesta? Be smart. Be patient. Don't get discouraged if you bought something you thought was cheap, raised the price a little bit, and nobody's buying. The fact of the matter is, someone will almost ALWAYS need what you have. It's just a waiting game.

The second thing to watch for is market trends. What's hot right now? What do people need? Watch people talking in general. Look in the community tab for people looking to buy and sell. Read the forums. If a respected player writes in a forum that fighters should start using items that add dexterity, the value of that +str +dex ring you found will probably jump.

Be a packrat. Keep everything until you're sure it's either vendor trash or the value will continuously depreciate until it's worth nothing. Pretend the warehouse is your stock portfolio. Always remember what you've got in there. Keep all these things in mind and you should start to notice your wallet thicken in no time flat.

Hope this helped! :3

Maybe I will John, but I've got much to learn yet. Most of what I say comes from past experience with other MMORPGs. Each game is a new experience, and I hope I can share all that I learn with the Outspark community. Cheers!

One way i found to make money easily for people just starting fiesta and who want to make some money.STEP 1 is to open a vendor in roumen saying buying elderine sscrolls somewhere beetween 500c and 750c then you leave it there from 6 hours to 1 week depending on how much money you need to make, and how quickly. STEP 2youll elderine scrolls. You then go to elderine and set up a shop selling them from 1s 200c to 3s eventually theyll all sell and youll have made a good profit for someone just starteing fiesta:)

oddly enough, this principle works in real life too!
