well if you made the account a while back you should not be having problems.
I would think that maybe your internet is having issues.
Try reinstalling it again do a fresh install. Let it run and don't do any extra stuff only click the ok or accept tabs when prompt see if it will work that way.
PS: The patches may take a while like 30min to a few hours....
Good Luck and if that doesnt help check the trouble shooting forums.

I'm not sure how long ago you made your account, but it is my understanding that Outspark has blocked European IP addresses lately. If your account already existed prior to the change, contact Outspark directly and notify them of your problem and they'll be more than happy to get it straightened out for you. Also make sure when you uninstall that you completely remove all of the components before reinstalling. Check to make sure that you don't have any firewalls or internet protection programs running that would interfere with Outspark's installer.

i made my account in december wich is like 7 months or so was that before the ip block?

Yeah. To my knowledge, the EU ip block occurred within the last month, so you should be safe. I'd let Outspark know you're having problems. Also check with you IP provider and make sure they have all of their ports open and available. I've heard of scenarios where the IP provider has closed ports (for security reasons) which disables certain online gaming activity.

Try again later. It could just be that Fiesta's online installer is sluggish. It happens.

i dont think its because of that ive tried it multiple times over the last 2 weeks and nothing ever happens.

You shouldn't be having any problems with the IP Block yet, I don't think...
But for now you can manually patch the game by going to the following link:
http://cdn2.outspark.com/patches/fiesta/manual/Fiesta.Patch.1.2.97.exe
Let me know if this is still a problem for you.

The IP block starts tomorrow or Monday, any new EU players that register after will get a message redirecting them to a service in their area.
You might want to try the manual patch, not sure if it'll help, but it won't hurt to try.

Try downloading the game client from FilePlanet here (http://www.fileplanet.com/182763/180000/fileinfo/Fiesta-Free-Client).

Ah, so you're having issues getting the installer to install. The download from the site should work, but trying other sources could help. Hopefully the link posted above will help you out.

Hmm. Are you using Firefox or IE?
Firefox has it's own download window to where you can keep track of your downloads and open them when they've finished.
You might want to check your computer to see if you don't have any installers sitting around unused.

Hmm, where did you save the file to? You might want to go to Start, and then search to where you saved it for the installer.
I'd also suggest downloading Firefox just to use the download window. That way you won't have to do any searching on your computer for things that you've just downloaded. You can just open it directly from that window.

It could have something to do with it being saved to an external hardrive, though I'm not 100%. You might want to try saving it to your desktop or something like that.

@_@
Well the only thing I can suggest is to try using Firefox when you download it. I'm quite stumped on this one, lol.

would it work if someone who has it installed compresses it and then i extract it with winrar?

uhhh, bang your computer with a hammer?
Perhaps it is being saved to a temp. folder...I had a problem similar where I would download something and it would disappear, even if I tried opening it from the Firefox DL window. Anyways, my computer somehow switched the default download space to a temporary internet file. A comp restart fixed it right up.
EDIT: If a restart doesn't work, try a sys restore.

Eh, I'm not too sure about compressing the file.
Theoretically, I would think so, but I wouldn't trust it. There's no telling what sort of viruses someone could put in there as well.

ill try a restart even tho i dont think it'll work its been doing it for ages like past few weeks and im sure ive restarted since then but its worth a shot

I would restore then to a point before the problem started.

dont know what you mean by that and i installed the game like 7 months ago and only tried to play again recently it could have started anywhere in a 7 month gap.

You said it started doing it a few weeks ago...
Anyways, a system restore will wipe everything that happened to your computer back to where it was at the point in time that you designate. Usually, your computer will make automatic checkpoints that you can select to restore to. It's drastic, but a kind if end all solution to big problems.

i only tried it a few weeks ago =P could have started anytime in the past 7 months xD

Ugh, well if the restart doesn't work, just restore it past the point when you first tried to re-install.
