That would all depend on if you mean an unofficial marriage, like the ones we've always done, or the official ones that will be released later on. Which one do you mean?

As far as I know the wedding feature has not yet been added.

So the only thing you can do is conduct an unofficial wedding and improvise one for now.

Basically, all you have to do is set a date, a location, invite the people you want, and get someone to marry you (can be anyone). Then, have your ceremony any way you want.

ok ty how do you guys get lke the tag things or pic w.e saying ur server and lvl and stuff ??

Signatures are what they go by.
Just go to your Options and select Edit Signature. From there you can add text or insert image tags for a picture. All you have to do to add in a picture is to upload the one you want to a site like Photobucket or Imageshack and copy the [IMG] tag and paste it to the Edit Signature page.
There are various Signature Guides to show you how to make your own image, or threads that offer to make them for you in the Fan Art section as well.
